We are the third generation of a family who have been making fish and chips in Sydney for more than 30 years. Like us, fish and chips are a national institution. It doesn’t get any more Australian than sidewalk dining with fish and chips amidst the hustle and bustle of the inner west.
We like to look after our customers. We work hard at keeping the fish we serve sustainable because it’s better for you, and because we want to ensure there will be lots of fresh fish for people to eat in the future. In addition to the many health benefits found in a diet containing plenty of fresh fish and seafood, we cook with cholesterol free cotton seed oil and we have numerous options for people on gluten free diets. Our extensive menu also includes gourmet burgers, home made lasagne, fresh salads and a select, yet delicious assortment of sweets.
